We don’t just design and style beautiful days, we can also help you plan and coordinate your wedding to ensure that everything from the venue, photographers, décor, styling, entertainment, flowers and stationary are perfect.
We will guide you every step of the way making sure every last detail however big or small is taken care of for you. Over the years, we have built relationships with an extensive range of high quality vendors that we will put forward for your consideration, based on budget & style. Should you choose to use Cressy & Charmed for your styling & florals, we offer a discounted rate however, if you already have some of your dream vendors in place that is no problem – we are more than happy to work with other vendors that may offer the same service.
We will make planning your Wedding day stress free, with lots of memorable moments and insta-worthy photos on the best day of your life…plus a whole lot of love & fun.
Complimentary Initial Consult
An initial discussion around what you may have already organised, the vision for your big day and what areas you are needing some support in. We will chat about our services and what may suit your needs.
On the day co-ordination
- We will meet with you 4-6 weeks out from the wedding day and vendors (if requested) on site to work through how you envision the day to run e.g. food & beverage service, layout of the space and decor items, seating plan arrangements etc
- Full day co-ordination: Working with everyone involved in making your dream day come to life while taking care of anything odd that pops up on the day to ensure you, your family and bridal party can relax and have fun!
Full planning and on the day co-ordination
- Five planning meetings to make sure you are on track during the lead up to your big day following a personalised wedding timeline
- Budget setting, tracking & on the day run sheet
- Recommending & booking of suppliers/vendors on your behalf explaining deposit and contract terms and conditions in an easy-to-understand format
- Ongoing phone and email support
- Attendance at the wedding rehearsal
- Full day co-ordination as above
A little helping hand
- If you don’t need a planner but just need a little assistance here and there, such as sourcing vendors or creation of a run sheet, we are more than happy to help and charge this service at an hourly rate .
